我梦见了一个很恐怖的梦。又是一个世界末日的场景,我在一座大厦的玻璃电梯里,看到天边的陨石却要飞落过来。我正在着急,忽然电梯开始做加速运动,仿佛是过山车一般的路径,但最终却停在了地下(明明应该是往天上的?)。 我从电梯出来,重新进入了大厦,却发现附近都是丧尸,我和一些不认识的同事在大厦里不断地逃窜。此时,我仿佛可以看到了大厦外侧的藤曼在不断的运动,在躲避着远处的火炮狙击。
好快哦,转眼又是一个月了。 Emmmm,还记得四月底的那会儿,老板还和我说了五月的安排,“五月份做完实验,获取所有的数据,六月就可以开始写文章了。” 嗯~ o( ̄▽ ̄)o,信心满满,理想总是美好的,但是,然后就到了现在。整个五月我都在做模拟中,也不是说没有任何进展,但我觉得自己的进度还是太慢了,脑子总是想着要做这个、要做那个,但是手脚总是动不了。 这的确是需要反思的。另一方面,我觉得值得肯定的是:当我做了每周的计划,我可以做到有迹可循,虽然有时候会没法完全按这个做,但至少每天可以有一个小目标。还有一点,就是每天的小总结,可以帮助自己回顾一天的工作内容。 接下来的时间,主要会有三个目标:第一个是完成qualify written exam(必须要过,不然就退学了==);然后就是开始写文章了,必须写了(我知啊,实验完全没做好,根本不完整,但是,可以开始动笔了);最后一个,但其实也是很重要的,权衡一下做怎么样的实验、怎么做实验,才能得到最好的效果。 说完了科研,扯些其他的吧。都说一个合格的导师,必须首先得会给学生画饼。嗯,确实,我也非常赞同。我觉得嘛,导师画饼可能有各种各样的目的,一是真心为了学生的未来着想,但也不排除其中包含有自己的利益,另一种就不怎么好了,完全是为了个人,或是项目、或是人力,各种因素都有可能。当然,要是我老板都已经懒得和我说话,觉得我并不重要了,画饼的说法也自然不存在了。 我自己认为,博导和学生之间更多应该是合作的关系,或者说这样才是健康正常的关系。有时候这种关系也许不会显得完全平等,但双方应该是相互需要、不可分割的。导师愿意和学生分享除了学术以外的观点(不只是画饼,也许还有人生观、择业观),这对学生来说完全是非常利好。我觉得可行有用,自然可以采纳;我觉得这太过了,甚至有洗脑的嫌疑,心里就需要留个心眼。过来人的经验必然有其价值,但并不都是可取的。实践在每个人身上的实现方式并不相同(我忘了高中思政课本上的话是咋说的了,大致这个意思,忽然觉得有必要读个毛选???)我并不相信导师说的所有话,但我赞同他很大部分的观点。 不得不承认,我导师对我的影响还是挺大的。比如他曾经和我谈的毕业出路问题,虽然他没有明说,(我也知道他肯定不会指定某个人的择业意向),但从他的建议和提议中,我可以深刻地感觉出他自己对我的引导。我之所以喜欢平时找他聊,就是觉得可以从沉重的科研环境里逃离片刻(哈哈哈哈,没想到吧,似乎反着来了)科研聊片刻,其他时间就可以说点其他的,说完既缓解了压力,又有了点新的目标(有时候也会听的有点累hhhhh)。我也忙,他也忙,但老板每次都说,有事随时来找他,感动(我真信了,真的随时来,扑空了好多次,以后还是得提前问)。 哎,咋几句话不离科研,女朋友找到了么?!?你这么努力科研,考虑过爸妈么?!?(/doge)真是的。 生活啊,不知不觉,科研和生活已经同化了,变成了“科研生活”,我觉得以后,就应该把“科研”换成“工作”,这样“工作生活”就很别扭了吧,科研就是工作,工作不是生活,得出结论:科研不是生活,bingo(o゜▽゜)o☆[BINGO!] 那我的生活是不是只有早上起床的两小时和晚上睡前的两小时???还加上周末上午的睡觉时光,哈哈哈哈嗝~ 我相信自己还是能找到适合自己的状态的。
